We understand that if ther properties are lying empty then they are not making their owners any money, so we try and ‘turn round’ the decorating work pertaining to these properties as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, in some instances we have seen the poor state that previous tenants have left properties in and we are able to go in and quickly bring the property back up to scratch in order to help the owners get it back on the market.
