We are often brought in to provide support to businesses following on from an insurance claim. We can help with an initial scope of works and what is required to repair and re-decorate and can then provide a no obligation quote for the work in hand.
We are also well versed when it comes to ‘tying-in’ with other trades be it; electricians, plumbers, joiners or flooring contractors. This is all part of our normal day to day work.
We pride ourselves on our communication skills and when we first set up the business, we wanted to do things differently than many of the existing decorators. One thing we think is very important is our ‘no problem’ attitude as well as our excellent customer communications. Our aim is to keep you informed about the progress of your job at all the relevant stages. This could extend to taking pictures of the progress of the job and providing you with a time line of when specific work will be undertaken.
We have in the past also linked in with loss assessors who work on behalf of the policy holder (who in turn liaises with the insurance company) and we are very comfortable with all the requirements that this work entails.
